Have you been taking advantage of the great Scrubbing Bubbles, Glade, Windex, and Ziploc coupons lately?
Well...the deal gets sweeter and sweeter. SC Johnson is very generously offering a $5 rebate here when you buy three products. This does need to be on one purchase. I recommend doing it as a separate purchase from whatever else you are buying since you have to mail in the receipt. Fine print at bottom states you may earn up to three rebates per household!

Coupon Teacher Giveaway
One of my favorite sites to check in on daily is Coupon Teacher. She's in a different state and I'm sooo jealous of the grocery deals she gets to make. Ah, one of the difficulties of living in a small town with no grocery competition!
Anyway...she has a great giveaway posted here for a Nature Valley Nut Clusters prize package. I just bought two bags of these on my last Kroger trip and they're already gone. We absolutely love them!
This package contains:
Four packages of the Granola Nut Clusters (4 different flavors)
Sling Backpack
Stainless Steel Water Bottle
Flashlight
Binoculars
There are two ways to enter...get over there, follow her and get entered! Don't forget to let me know if you win something after seeing it on my site!

I'm "spending out"
I've decided to take a break from the CVS/Wags game. My stock pile is huge and I have bags of things to take to the church and the men's closet.
So, I'm spending out my extra bucks and register rewards.
Today, I got 3 packs of Pampers at CVS for just $10 after all my coupons were deducted.
I'll be taking advantage of Walgreen's Buy 2, Get 1 Free Toy sale with the rest of my register rewards and putting those away for Christmas. I'll get three toys and two clearance books (fillers!) for just over $6.
I'll keep doing the matching for you and will keep letting you in on great freebies/coupons/etc. Just no more trips for us until we start running out of things...or I can get something free...

P&G Rebates!
Swag Grabber has a great post here regarding Proctor and Gamble products at Toys R Us. Looks like you get a gift card and you can send off for a free toy.
Free Starbucks
In case you haven’t seen the commercials, if you stop in at Starbucks between October 2 and 5 and take part in their VIA Taste Challenge, you’ll get a coupon for a free Starbucks Tall brewed coffee on your next visit.
Check it out here for the details! My next visit will be very soon after the taste test...
You may want to call your store to make 100% sure they're participating.
Another way to get free coffee: Check on new bags of Starbucks ground and whole bean coffee and you may find a note on stating that you will get a free 12-oz. brewed coffee when you take the empty bag into any participating Starbucks.

Testing, Testing
Wow! You're going to be amazed at my Sunday Mail Round up! I'm having to find a bigger box!
Today I received a FREE 26 ct. package of Huggies Pull Ups to test for MySurvey.com and then fill out a survey in a few days. Just in time too! We were down to needing to go to the store!
If you want to be part of MySurvey, leave a comment with your email address (I moderate all comments, so I won't post those...) and I'll send you an invite. You don't have be invited, but I do make 150 points from each friend who signs up. I'd appreciate that a lot!
Over the past year of working with (for?) them I have reviewed diapers and a few household items. I get survey invites about every other day and have cashed out between 5 and 10 times for $10 checks (at 1000 points). You can also redeem points for gifts, but I always take the cash. They also do monthly drawings where you win cash! (I've won once for $5.)

Herbal Essences on Facebook

Become a fan of Herbal Essences on Facebook and check back on the 2nd. They are saying that they will give us:
"the chance to try an Herbal Essences product you've never used before (or get a fav) - totally on us"
I'm not 100% sure what the offer is going to be, but you better believe I'm going to check!
Weekly Menu
Some have asked what we actually eat...here's our menu for this week:
Monday: Hormel Fully Cooked Beef Tips, Brown Rice, Canned Corn, Salad
Tuesday: Ranch Style Beans, Brown Rice, Hot Dogs (Ryan's favorite meal, wish I'd thought to cook double rice today...doh!)
Wednesday: Chicken and Black Bean Nachos
Thursday: Casserole (ground beef, cream of chicken soup, brown rice, corn, seasoned with garlic salt and Worstershire sauce)
Friday: Bruchetta Bake (chicken, stuffing, canned tomatoes and mozzarella cheese)
Saturday: Chicken Pot Pie
Sunday: Spaghetti with Green Beans and Corn
The only things I have to buy at this time are the chicken and beef!
This Saturday I'll be "power cooking" lots of chicken so my prep times are shorter throughout the month. I may go ahead and make lots of spaghetti sauce too.
I'll be working later tonight on the rest of the month's menu. I'll show you what I do once it's all done.

Will and Trust Kit

Something you probably don't know about me is that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Suze Orman! She tells it like it is and I've rarely disagreed with advice she gives on the shows.
That being said, you can go from now through October 3rd to get a free Will and Trust Kit from Suze. You'll need to enter code 898989 and you'll need to have time to work through it.
Once you get your access code, you can log back in later, but why put it off???
Are you a fan of Walgreens?
If you add yourself as a fan of Walgreens on Facebook, you will get a code for a free photo book (you pay shipping), as long as you do it before October 2nd.
Upcoming Kroger Ad
Frugal Coupon Living has a post regarding what will be on the next Kroger ad. I've seen from other areas of the country (not TX) that the ad is mostly the same. I've only seen one or two differences and those were usually because of beer and wine or regional brands (Edy's there is Dreyer's here).
Sure hope the put Pampers on sale soon! I have two catalinas for $3 each and I really don't want to lose them!

They're at it again!

Free Eukanuba Dog Food
I'm not testing this one out since I don't think the cat will like dog food. Then again, he was eating trash before he came to live with us...
Go over to Eukanuba and scroll to the bottom of their page and sign up for a free bag of food for your puppy. Guess I could get one for someone else, let me know if you want it and I'll do it for you!

I'm pleased that I've been having more success with the printed coupons at Wal Mart. The ones from smartsource.com still don't scan, so those are reserved for CVS, Wags and Kroger.
About to head out to CVS and Wags....will report back later!
